VAMSYSTEMS is currently looking for Datacenter Administrator for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information technology
· Certification in CSA for Solaris.
· MCITP Windows Server Certification
· Familiar with the availability management concept.
· Familiar with IT infrastructure and support services.
· Understand the purpose of availability management in the implementation of IT infrastructure and support services design.
· Understand the concept of Vital Business Function (VBS).
· Basic knowledge of Helpdesk process in terms of report, activities, support and the used tools
· Familiar with different features of Desktop hardware and software
· Basic understanding of the Incident management process and its interface with other support processes.
· Familiar with IT Hardware standards
· Basic Knowledge of different Hardware installation environment
· Basic knowledge of data storage concept, data storage types, data storage administration tools, and of backup/restore data.
· Basic knowledge of Relational Database Concept (i.e. tables, views, queries, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of SQL commands and their usage
· Basic knowledge of various database management systems in the IT industry and the basic differences between them.
Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: Maximum 4 weeks
The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organization in UAE.
