VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for SAP Functional Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
· Must be a certified SAP Consultant.
· Must have 5+ years experience with SAP Implementations within their particular field of expertise.
· Must have been involved in at least 3 life cycle implementations.
· Arabic language essential.
· International / Middle East experience essential
· Public Sector experience desirable.
- Detailed functional knowledge of the management and monitoring of business processes
- Knowledge of SAP support processes and escalation processes
- Knowledge of design and implementation of business processes
- Knowledge of the definition and rollout of standards and templates
- Expertise and competence with regard to using SAP Solution Manager
- Detailed functional knowledge of the managing and monitoring of applications
- Detailed knowledge of application tests, test procedures, and test scenarios (new support packages, releases, functions, and adaptations)
- Understanding of the definition and roll-out of standards and templates
· Familiarity with change management for business processes, including implementing, testing, and verifying change requests.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, specifies, tests, and implements changes to the business processes
- Maintains suitable documentation
- Verifies and implements recommendations in service reports in cooperation with the technology team
- Monitors, analyzes, tunes, and optimizes business processes and interfaces in close cooperation with the technology team
- Coordinates and implements application tests in close cooperation with the technology team
- Evaluates, tests, implements, and verifies change requests
- Maintains suitable documentation
- Provides second-level support for applications
- Contributes application expertise in projects
- Makes sure that integration with other applications works, both in conceptual design and implementation phases of the projects
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
